Program was named previously vscap. This is the first CamStudio build I've tried that has the issue. The problem doesn't happens if panning the rectangle automatically: I had just downloaded CamStudio, with the intention of making Let's Plays with it eventually. You have not voted yet! I cannot imagine why your microphone is not being recorded.

I push the record button and it seems to start, bta the time and megas counter are not running. The picture quality is excellent, it just plays back like a time-lapse video. Also, I recommend against using full-screen captures with most codecs.

Now, I did another test video and got something different. Since this manually quit the program, I could successfully delete it upon startup. Thanks for the advice. I just checked and noticed that this happens with "window" selection but also 'Select Screen' with both are using the same logic.
Oct 10, Download s: There is not audio or video when playing brta. I have no memory of exiting out of the program. If Stephen Spielberg camstudoo to take screenshots instead of make films then he'd probably use something along the lines of this app.
What am I doing wrong?
Feb 5, Download s: To get around this using Sizer http: Embed this content in your HTML. Region 'Window' and'Select Screen' in case of multiple screens now calculate the pixels correct either. Can you manually do that last step so it becomes usable.
Caused because many new nice features can be expected soon. The automatic viewer after recording shows a black screen although the audio plays.

Ordinary screen captures are performed in much the same way as in most screen capture applications. I enabled autopan, as Russell78 suggested, but that didn't help. I get the following error message when I tried to launch the recorder. Could you perhaps build a static linked version of camwtudio program, so I can see if that will run correctly?
I tried to bring it back up, but each time I double-clicked on its icon, all that happened was the cursor changed to its "loading" appearance for only a second. Can you please help me??

I'm afraid to X off of it, because it might go wonky again. Due to continual spamming, forum registrations are now by 2.6 Only. I temporarily fixed it in my branch. So it will startup.
Every time I go to web help it doesn't help me, it just sends me to a web page that says the program doesn't cooperate with Cam-Studio. I had problems r2944 my old install so I redownloaded it. I was trying it out, but while I was searching online for a couple things, the recording window seemed to disappear. I used to have access to a web collaboration tool that would regularly generate recording files for 60 minute demonstrations that were less than MB in size.
